OUR STORY
Hello! My name is Chevie Bryson, creator and owner of Breeze Co-Host. I started Breeze Co-Host in 2019 as a way to enhance the vacation rental business for property owners in the Tampa, Fl area. Before beginning on this adventure I was an ER nurse for 5 years. I was looking for a side hustle, so I became a Florida Licensed Real Estate Agent. Then, I got started with the business when my husband and I purchased our first short term rental in Seminole, FL. Managing vacation rentals quickly became a passion of mine . I found that my organizational mindset, eye for design, meticulous cleaning skills, and communication abilities have helped me to thrive within this space.
I continued my education on vacation property management by attending master classes and by doing extensive market research. After putting several advanced systems into place, I created Breeze Co-Host and was ready to start the journey of managing vacation rentals. Above all else, I was ready to live out my company’s mission.
